Loveland Pickleball Club Events!

We have had many questions from the members saying “How does the Loveland Pickleball Club Events work, how do we sign-up at the Wild Apricot?”, here is your quick guide and overview to help you.

Wild Apricot is a Membership Management System that helps automate membership, finances, events, emails and much more. Please take a moment to log into the Loveland Pickleball Club website and update your personal information. Please change your password to protect your account. Read and agree to the Loveland Pickleball Club, LLC bylaws and waiver. We will be using your “Self-Assessed Rating” during the summer events, more information on self-assessed rating at the PLAY webpage. The Wild Apricot Membership Article New Member Guide and information on Mobile App for Members on iOS or Android can be found at the Members webpage.

The Loveland Pickleball Club is having about 60 Events this summer, rather than replying to an email you will go to the website or your “Wild Apricot for Members” phone app and register for the events you are interested in. Most events have a limit on the number of members per session, most events have multiple sessions. There will be a waitlist on most events if you can only attend that specific event. Each week you will receive a reminder email with the events scheduled for the following week. When you register for an event you will receive an automated email letting you know, also an email reminder 24 hours prior to that event. If you cannot attend an event you have registered for, cancel your registration to allow other members on the waitlist to get in. typically events will close for registration 24 hours before the event.

The Loveland Pickleball Club is ramping-up to have an exciting and busy summer of events, we have created an Event for members to try and practice the signup and registration at Wild Apricot. Let’s see how many members we can get to signup, tell your PicklePals, it’s fun! “Sorry no pickleball involved”. At the event details you can see how many members have participated.

Each month starting April 1^st, “seriously it’s not an April Fools trick”, you will be able to sign up and register for the following month’s events "May", and that progresses through-out the summer.
