I'm trying to sign up for an event, but when I go to the Events page, there are no events listed.

Make sure you're signed into the website! To sign in:

1. Click the  icon in the upper right corner of any website page.
2. Enter your Email and Password and click Log In.
3. Now go back to the Events tab. You should see events listed.

I'm signed up for an event, but I can't make it. How do I cancel?

To cancel an event:

1. Make sure you're signed into the website
2. Click the Person icon in the upper right corner of any website page and select View profile.
   
3. Click EDIT PROFILE:
   
   
4. Click My event registrations:
    
5. Click on the Event you want to cancel.
6. Click Cancel Registration.

How do I change my email address?

To change your email address:

1. Make sure you're signed into the website.
2. Click the Person icon in the upper right corner of any website page and select View profile.
   
3. Click EDIT PROFILE:
    
4. Change your Email address and click Save.

How do I print out my membership card?

To print your membership card:

1. Make sure you're signed into the website.
2. Click the Person icon in the upper right corner of any website page and select View profile.
   
3. Click EDIT PROFILE:
    
4. You have the option of physically printing your card or just saving it to your smart phone.
   

How do I change my Self-Rating?

To change your Self-Rating:

1. Make sure you're signed into the website.
2. Click the Person icon in the upper right corner of any website page and select View profile.
   
3. Click EDIT PROFILE:
   
4. Choose the appropriate level in the Self-Assessed Rating drop-down box and click Save.

Make sure you change your self-assessed rating before signing up for any events!

I left something at the pickleball court this morning. Is there a Lost and Found?

You can post a message in the Lost and Found Forum if you lost something or found something. Follow the instructions on the Lost and Found page.

How do I rent the Simon X ball machine?
